In last week's TV Guide,
columnist Jon Ruddy wrote
about the Pierre Berton show.
"He is the longest and
hardest-running performer on
Canadian television, whose first
appearance coincided with the
CBC's first week of TV
operations in 1953. The Pierre
Berton Show predates CTV--and
will probably outlive it." That's
what Jon wrote. Does he think
that CTV is doomed? You don't
really mean that Canadians will
be stuck with one network
again, do you Jon?
