silksheer organza gown with
scoop neck longp.pinted sleeves
and a semi-full skirt. The neck
and .skirt was covered with
Swedish lace. A long train with
Swedish lace applique fell .from
the waist in a box pleat. her
headpiece consisted of white
sped pearls. A bouffant finger tip
veil was attached to the
headpiece, -
She carried a long trailing
crescent of pale pink roses and
green ivy.
Bridesmids were Miss Karen
Martin of Toronto and Mrs.
Faye Howay of London. Barbara
Campbell was flowergirl and
Miss Lynda Forbes of
Egmondville was maid of
linour.
The bridesmaids and matron
of honour wore long gowns,
chiffon over pro-crystal styled
in empire waist line with
continental skirt. The waist and
stand-up collar were
embroidered with French
applique. Two panels fell from
the collar to the floor. Their
headpieces were of matching
pink material roses. They .carried
cascades Of deep roses and ivy

The protestant Chapel, CFB,
Clinton, was the scene of a
pretty wedding recently, when
Marlene Hack, Kingston, and
Lieutenant Larry Schaufele,
CFB, Borden were united in
marriage. The bride is the
daughter of Lt. Col. and Mrs. 0.
H. Hack, CFB, Clinton and the
groom is the son of W. 0. and
Mrs. A Sehaufele, CFB, Altask,
Saskatchewan.
The Reverend G. Reinhart,
Mitchell, performed the
double-ring ceremony.
Given in marriage by her
father, the bride was lovely in a
fitted gown of white organza
over satin with flowers
appliqued on the neckline and
waist. A matching appliqued
headpiece held the shoulder
length veil in place. A train of
silk organza flowed from the
shoulders and she wore wrist
length gloves. She carried a
prayer book with corsage of
pink baby roses and roses
knotted on white ribbon
streamers.
The matron of honour, Mrs.
Janiss Florian of Toronto, wore
an A-line floor-length gown of
deep pink Concertina Matelasse
with an inverted pleat, matching
pillbox hat and shoes. She
carried a spray of white starburst
palms,
The bridesmaids, Miss Lise
Juteau of Montreal and Miss

Bonita Schaufele, of CFB
Alsask, sister of the groom, were
gowned in lime green fashioned
in the same style as the gown of
the matron of honour,
Little Melanie Hack, was
flowergirl for her sister. She
wore a mini version of the
matron of honour's' gown but
trimmed with white lace, long
white stockings, pink shoes and
matching hair bow of pink lace.
She carried a spray of white
staxburst palm with a single pink
baby rose in the centre.
The groom was attended by
Lieutenant Brian Jossul, CFB
Borden and the guests were
ushered by Roger Hack, CFB
Clinton, brother of the bride and
Ron Schaufele, CFB Alsask,
brother of the groom,
At the reception in the
Officers' Mess, CFB Clinton, the
bride's mother received guests in
a rose shantung dress featuring a
beaded neckline with coat and
shoes to match. Her costume
was complemented by a hat in
shades of pink and a white lace
bag and gloves. A corsage of
white carnations completed the
costume.
She was assisted by the
mother of the groom, attired in
a dress of mint green lace with
white accessories and a white
carnation ccorsage,
For travelling to Niagara
Falls, the bride donned a white
lace OW with pink. buttons,
collar Viiffs and a wide
brimmed Pink hat, Hex
accessories were white and she
wore a corsage .of pink baby
roses,
The bride, a graduate of
Royal Victoria Hospital,
Montreal, and the groom, a
recent graduate of Royal
Military College, Kingston, will
reside in Moose Jaw,
Saskatchewan where the groom
is stationed.

The bride's mother wore a
pale pink three-quarter length
lace ensemble with a corsage of
pink roses. The groom's mother
chose a royal blue lace dress
with short jacket and white
accessories. The groom's
grandmother wore a blue and
white figured dress of French
silk with white accessories
Following a reception at the
Egmondville church parlour at
which the bride's uncle, Paul
Jahn of Flint, Michigan, acted as
master of ceremonies, the couple
left on a wedding trip to a
Northern Ontario resort. The
bride chose as her travelling
outfit a pale blue lace over satin
ensemble with matching shoes.
The bride topped her wringlets
with a blue lace bouffant bow.
Guests were present from
Flint, Detroit, Fort Wayne,
Toronto, London and Kitchener.
The couple will reside in
Toronto.
Previous to the wedding,
showers were held by Mrs. Mike
Olenin and Mrs. E. Partridge of
Toronto, Mrs. Steven Lupil of
Seaforth Mrs. Gordon Westlake,
Bayfield, Mrs. Bruce
McClinchey of Goderich and the
ladies of Egmondville Church.
