Games were played during the evening by the eighteen ladies present, A gift of a beautiful leather handbag was given to Mrs. Willberg, Everyone then enjoyed a delicious lnnch. Sgt. and Mrs. E. Humphreys and family returned from a camping holiday on Friday, During this trip they attended a family reunion held at Springbank Park, London, While there, they visited Storybook Gardens. While on vacation out in Western Canada recently, Sergeant and Mrs. E. Richardson and daughter, Terry, visited Salt Lake, TJSA. Flight Sergeant and Mrs. H. Finlay and boys returned from a vacation in Cayahoga Falls, Ohio. While visiting there with relatives, Mrs. Finlay entertained at a shower for her sister whose wedding takes place next month. On their return home, they visited in Buffalo, New York and Niagara Falls. Gary Lawrence, 22, an employee of Scholls Snperstive, Market had the 'misfortune, while sawing meat with an electrie hand saw to have his hand slip, causing him to lose the index finger Of his right hand and badly injuring the next finger which required surgery which was performed at Victoria Hospital, London. Gary returned home from. the hospital on Satniday. The accident happened on Tuesday, Grant MeGlinchey underwent surgery in St. Joseph's Hospital last Thursday morning for neck injuries whieh he received in a recent car accident. He expects to remain in hospital for two weeks. Mr. and Mrs. Sim Roobol were guests of Mr. and Mrs. Herb Jones at a dinner at Dominion Hotel, Zurich, Sunday evening, July 21 on the occasion of the 35th wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. R001001.
