One of the few remaining ensigns of the now
defunct Royal' Canadian Air Forcewas presented
to the Clinton branch of the Canadian Legion,
Tuesday night. Stewart Freeman, branch 140
president accepted the ensign from Colonel
H. W..Ryan. The Canadian Forces Base Clinton
has previously presented ensigns to legion
branches in Windsor and Sarnia. With the
unification of Canadian armed forces the old
RCAF ensign has become unfunctional.
