A letter was read from the principal of AVM Hugh Camp., bell School thanking the WA for the donation of money to purchase two PrOjection tables for the school. Mrs. Hester read a. small Paragraph regarding the mak*. ing of motions at a meeting following Parliamentary pro./ cedure. The president asked anyone having any WA articles to con. tact either Joanne Johnson or Shirley Dukes who velunteered to make an inventory of these items which will be stored in the Council Chambers. A letter was read from yrs. Carmichael, district com. missioner of the local associa. tion • of Guides and Brownies suggesting closer co.operation between the LA and the WA and also that the LA would be willing to take a reduction in the monthly contribution from the WA.
