CANADIAN NATIONAL DASHWOOD Harvest Yields Keys A peculiar incident occurred to Mr. Sid Baker recently. While Mr. Baker was cutting wheat with the binder he lost his keys which were on a ring and after hunting for them for some time couldn’t find them. He threshed his wheat and drew a load to Hensall. While there he looked up and dis covered his keys coming down the elevator on the fanning mill. The keys were in good shape, only the house key was broken in two. Church Lawn. Supper Sunday, July '27, a goodly number of old and young gathered on the Dashwood Evan gelical Church lawn for a fellow ship lunch and program. After singing ”Be Present at our Table Lord”, those present, in single file, passed the well laden table, took what was desired and en joyed a meal in cool and shade, of the out-of-doors. Rev. J. H. Getz opened with prayer. Mrs. J. M. Tieman led in the singing of a number of choruses. A duet and solo were beautifully rendered by young people from the Ottawa valley, having spent the past week with some 70 at camp at Goderich. Professor Harr, of the Naper ville College, the guest speaker at camp, very forceahly stressed the fact that all man-made fort resses will crumble but God alone is our refuge and strength.
