Fann Forum The Revere at the home Walt Mullens tendance. The Farm Forum met of Mr. and Mrs. with a good at- discussion was on "What’s Wrong with our Farm Organizatiosn?” The answer to the first question, "Gau the indi vidual farmer play an effective part in the present set-up of farm organizations within the Canadian Federation of Agricul ture?" the answer was yes. The methods suggested were attend ing all the agricultural meetings, helping to organize them and advertising them and voting. To the second question: "Have you any suggestions to improve the set-up?” the answer was get ting more people interested in the various organizations. Pro grams should be based on com modity groups made up of rural people generally and the ideas should carry through to the Canadian Federation of Agricul ture. Delegates to conferences should be given an opportunity to give full reports. Promotional activities like banquets would get more people interested and meetings should be advertised more. Efforts should be made to educate people what part agri culture plays in their living. In answer to the third ques tion "What part should farm co ops and commodity groups play in the F of A” the forum felt their problems should be brought to the F of A and through it to the government. The achievements were fead by Haysel Perrins and signed by Mrs, Nelson Tate. A committee composed of Mr, Mullen, Charles UpBhall, Harvey Kennedy, Hay sel Perrins and Lance Hudson were appointed to arrange a so cial evening.
