Miss Arrnitt proved a most capable and charming en­ tertainer with never a dull mem­ ent. The Grand March was fol­ lowed by other inarches and square dances, The doox* prizes donated by local and London merchants were won by Mrs. M. Donaldson, Ruth O’Neil and Mr. A. Vlasman (R.R. 2, Denfield); Margaret Fenn, Mrs. D. Nagle and Kate Avery, Clayton Abbott, Jack Murdy and Teyry Culbert. Chocolates donated were given as lucky spot prizes and went to Ruth and Alton Revington and head. The executive Geo. Gallagder, Morgenroth; treasurer, Don Hod­ gins. They were assisted by Mrs. M. H. Hodgins and Mr. F. Mor­ genroth. To one and all goes much thanks for a pleasant eve­ ning. After expenses were paid the committee were able to present $17 to the Floor Fund. The evening closed with the singing of “Auld Lang Syne” and the distribution of horns to all. O’Neil, Marlene Audrey White- were, president, secretary, Joyce Celebrates 83 Years % Albert Foster, who resided with his son Hilson Foster and Mrs. Foster of Prospect Hill un­ til a month ago, celebrated his eighty-third birthday at the home of his son Mason Foster and Mrs. Foster, Concession 3, West Nissouri Township. Mr, Foster has been in bed nearly two years, and only a month ago was moved >by ambulance to his son’s home. He lived a number of years on Concession 3, West Nissouri, a few years in Granton and also on Concession 10, Blan- shard Township. Trustees Elected. S.S.
