At present the night school in Exe­ ter DHs provides many classes which are included in a Folk School. The next meeting will be Christmas party at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Allen Johns. Some members of the Mission Circle met at the manse on Thursday evening to wrap gifts and send them to a newly or­ ganized Sunday School at Iron Bridge in Northern Ontario, A White Gift Service will be observed next Sunday at Sunday School. Each member is asked to bring a wrapped gift with the age of the child on the outside. These gifts ’are to be sent to make some other children happy at Christmas time. The Christmas meeting of the Mission Circle will meet at the home of Miss Alice Passmore In Exeter on Friday evening. The exchange of Christmas gifts will take place at this meeting. Farm Forum was held at Lum­ ley School House on Monday evening. Fann Forum Meet The South Thames Road Farm Forum met at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Reg Hodgert with 17 in attendance. Business was dis­ cussed. Euchre was then played. Prizes going to: high men, Lee Webber; men’s low, Wilfred Hunkin; ladies’ high, Mrs. James Hodgert; ladies low, .Mrs. Jas. Simpson. The hostess then served a very delicious lunch and a so­ cial time was spent by all. She also had charge of devotion­ al exercises and read a short story in keeping with the Christ­ mas season. Mrs. Sorsdahl read the Mis­ sion Band annual report which had been prepared by their sec­ retary, Alice Sorsdahl, which showed that they had a very successful year under the leader­ ship of Mrs. Duncanson. Refreshments were served at the close of the meeting by the committee in charge.
