They have engaged the London All Girls’ choir for one of the few musical evenings which Exeter’s winter season seems able to en­ courage and from past reports as to the choir’s popularity, it should be w’ell attended.* * From The Windowsill From the windowsill on Sun­ day’ w’e caught a glimpse of the Legion Remembrance Day par­ ade and we couldn’t help but admire the ladies proudly march­ ing behind with their smart new tarns. Those hats, their only uniform stand for a great amount of or­ ganization and work already al­ though the auxiliary has been formed for only a month. Legion members should be in­ deed proud to have such a vig­ orous group affiliated with them. And The Pantry The hustle and bustle which is the prelude to Christmas seems to be catching up with us. The Stratford guests were, comrades, Hoyle, Millman, Richards and Betts. Miss Hoyle opened the meet­ ing and the business session was spent in discussing matters per­ taining to new Auxiliary pro­ jects. Plans were organized for the sale of popies and the send­ ing of parcels for local boys in Korea. Miss Hoyle gave a short telling the girls how pleased thrilled she was to see a Auxiliary taking on so many jects and at the cooperation from all members of the branch. She was also pleased with the financial report and pledged her help to the Auxiliary.
