Gordon Farrow opened the meeting with a Thanksgiving prayer. Plans were made to take over the Baby Band and to make ready for the Sunday dinner for the Young People’s Conference. Knitting, sewing and clothing was handed in for the bale to be sent to Capreal Ontario. Mrs. Gordon Cudmore’s group was in charge of meeting opening with hymn 249. Scripture was read by Mrs. D. Bird of Kincardine has accepted a position with Beavers Hard­ ware, managing their service department. Mr. Bird served with the R.C.A.F. from 1942^ till 1946. He served overseas as a wireless air gunner for a year and a half. After leaving the R.C.A.F. in 1945, he took a course in Radio and Elec­ tronics at the Ontario Rehabilitation Institute in Toronto.
