William Arthur Wilson Mr. William Arthur Wilson, Toronto, former well known resi­ dent, passed away in Toronto General Hospital Monday, May 14, following a week’s illness. Previous to entering the hospital Mr. Wilson had been visiting his sister, Mrs. William Consitt, when he took ill and was con­ fined to his room for three weeks. Upon returning to Tor­ onto he was admitted to the hospital a week later where he passed away. Mr. Wilson was horn in 1889 at Willow Hall, the home of his father, T. J. Wilson, a short distance north from Hensall on Highway 4. He worked with his father on the farm, later going to Toronto, joining the police force. He worked with them for 35 years until he retired a year ‘ ’ of his ago. He enjoyed the best health until six weeks before death. Surviving are his widow; former Arminta Flindal, ville; one daughter, i Mrs. Stan Hawke, of Coldwater; and three granddaughters, Bar­ bara, Betty and Merna; one sis­ ter, Mrs. W. Consitt, of Hensall. Funeral from the on Yonge May 16, Cemetery.
