The Kinsmen plan has also
taken into consideration new
building within the present limits
of the town. Disregarding all
lots and subdivisions in the town
the Kinsmen have alloted one
number for every 20 feef of land

the map which locates all the
houses in town, will be placed in
clerk, C. V. Pickard’s office
Then when new houses are built,
the clerk will be able to tell the
owner what his number will be
when he apples for his building

Kinsmen emphasize that all
houses should be numbered for
the system to be complete. If
