It has been a very successful year for farm forums, there being 2000 mere reporting across Can ada than last year. The broad cast this week wps a review. A questionnaire was sent out to each forum a s k i n g how the topics had been liked. Odd topics for the pew year would be de sired and information as to how t0 improve the forum in any way- After the discussion card games> were played apd lunch ;servea.. The final meeting,’ next Monday night, is to be held in the schoolhouse. A ham supper is to -be served and pictures will be shown. Minutes were read and adopted and the roll call answered by sixteen mem bers. The only business that was discussed was that the member ship .cards were ready. Elimville Farm Fprum The Hlimville North Farm Forum met at the home of Mr, and Mrs, Keith Weber. It was Review Night and a question air© was answered. There were twenty-five members .present. A few games of cards were played. Next Monday night will be a social evening held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Miller. There will be no special invitat ions, all members of the Forum are .cordially invited. WOODHAM Cliatten and Mr. and Mrs. Vic visited on Friday with Mr. Mrs. Roy Shier of Sarnia. A social evening for the com munity was held at the Thames Road School on^ Friday evening of’-last week with a good attend ance. Mr. Blake "Lloyd of the Clin ton Radar School visited the week-end with Rev. Mair. Miss Jean Cann, who confined to her home "flu” for the past week, turned to teaching in Exeter on Monday of this week. The Y.P.U. will meet in the basement on Sunday evening last. Mrs. Charlie Allison and Bar bara visited with relatives in London on Saturday last. The members of the Session and their wives of Thames Road Church were guests to supper at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Win. Moodie on Tuesday evening of this week. Mr. W. J. Stewart Toronto with his son days last week. Thames Road Mission The Thames Road Mission Band met during church service hour on Sunday morning with the (president, Joanne Mair, in the chair. The meeting opened with Hymn 429, followed by all repeating the Mission Baiid pur pose. The Lord’s Prayer was re peated in unison. The secretary’s report was given \nd eighteen members answered to the roll call. Business was discussed. The roll call for the next meeting is to be answered by naming "your favourite horse”.
