Free Fitness Test and Healthy
Snacks. Join us at the Walk for
Wellness Program being held at the
Seaforth and District Community
Centre on October 3 from 8-10 a.m.

Community Centre on October 4
from 9-11 a.m. and be part of a
research project that studies how
exercise prescription helps reduce
risk factors for Type 2 diabetes. The
event will include a free: fitness test
(suitable for adults of all activity
levels who can climb stairs), exercise
prescription, and healthy snacks.
No registration required. Wear
comfortable shoes and clothes. The
fitness test will take about
30 minutes to complete. For
