propelled row sprayer (Rogator or John
Deere) and a dry fertilizer floater (Loral)
applying fertilizer and crop protection
products on customers’ fields. Basic
upkeep of equipment being operated,
handling of fertilizer and crop protection
products, soil sampling and plot work.
Requirements:Must have and maintain
valid G driver’s licence, willingness to
work extended hours during busy period,
self starter, team player and work with
minimal supervision.
Additional Assets:DZ or AZ licence,
Certified Crop Advisor designation, valid
Ontario Exterminators Licence -
Agriculture, Nutrient Application
Technician Licence, good computer skills
and experience with G.P.S. equipment.

PARKS POSITIONS
Grass Cutter Positions (2) and Horticultural Student Position.
Seasonal full-time student positions for parks May to August 2012.
Grass Cutter Duties include:park and facility maintenance and grass
cutting.
Horticultural Student Duties include:park and trail maintenance, tree
and shrub pruning, train volunteers and staff on park maintenance, and
development of sustainable volunteer programs for parks, flowerbeds, tree
inventory, etc.
Qualifications For Employment:
• 16 years of age of older
• Valid driver’s licence
• Experience operating tractors and mowers is an asset
• Experience or education in parks
management/horticultural/landscaping would be an asset.
DAYCAMP POSITIONS
We are looking for energetic, conscientious, caring, and organized
individuals to work at our daycamps that run in July and August.
Duties include:Planning, implementing and supervising summer
programs and special events; ensuring a safe and positive environment for
all participants with a fun atmosphere; demonstrating responsibility,
leadership and commitment to quality programming.
Qualifications For Employment:
• Current First-Aid and CPR Certificate
• 16 years of age of older
• Experience in the organization and implementation of activities for
children and youth of various ages
