W.I. Re-organization Meeting The Crediton Women’s Institute was re-organized at a meeting held at the home of Mrs. Mabel Ewald Thursday, November 21st. An elec­ tion of officers was held .and .it was decided to hold a Christmas party with an exchange of gifts not ex­ ceeding 35 cents, at the home of Mrs, Hugo Schenk on Monday night, Decembei’ 1.6th. All the ladies of the community are invit­ ed to be present. Deceased’s maiden name was Emma Fraser and her girlhood days .were spent in Usborne. She was united in mar- [ riage 2P years ago to her now ber­ eaved husband, who during the past few years, when her health failed, has been her constant at­ tendant and purse. It was not until Thursday that Mrs. Brock became confined to her bed. On Friday it was deemed advisable to remove her to the Hospital where she pass­ ed away during the night. She was a member of the United Church and when her health permitted was active in the work of the Wo­ men’s Association. The Young 'People of Ailsa Craig gave the program of the evening after which Brinsley Young People gave the social part including games and a contest.
