Mr. James Ferguson, of Toronto,
called on relatives in Exeter over
the week-end. Jim who is known as
’‘Dynamite Jim Ferguson” among
the top-notch motor-cycle racers,
took -part in the races at Clinton on
Saturday and at Stratford on Mon
day. He was a guest at the home of
Mrs. C. A. Southcott while here,
Miss Eileen Snell held a shower
on Friday evening of last week in
honor of Mrs. R. Blair (nee Iva
Fisher), a bride of last Saturday.

arm badly fractured last April,
while changing a tire, was taken
to Victoria Hospital, ILbndon, on
Tuesday last for further treatment.
