Miss Doris Penhale, training at St. Joseph’s London, has been spending her three week’s vacation in Windsor and Belmont and with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Ryckman have returned home after visiting for several days in Fort Erie with Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Davis. Davis returned with them few days on a visit. Preston Dearing and Ernie McCarter motored to Indiana and Ohio last week where they looked over a number of flocks of Dorset Horn sheep. Mr. Dearing brought back with him a ram to head his flock. Members of the Samaritan Lodge of London motored to Exeter Thursday evening of last week and held their regular meeting in the Oddfellow’s Hall. The meeting in Exeter was a sequal to the meeting held in London a month ago when 27 members from Exeter joined the lodge. Lunch was served at the close.
