P. Sanders, A pleasant evening was spent in contests and Miss Kydd was presented with a linen shower. Guests were present from Kippen and Exeter. A dainty lunch was served. On Tuesday of last week Mrs. Jessie Sanders, of town, entertain­ ed the neighbors and friends num­ bering about 35 to a miscellan­ eous shower in honor of Miss Dor­ othy Kydd, bride-elect. Miss Kydd was competely taken by surprise. She received some lovely gifts for which she expressed her apprecia­ tion.
