The Lutheran choir attended the Centennial service at Sebringville [ on Sunday where a mass meeting j was held observing the one hund­ redth anniversary of Missouri Sy- nod of the Lutheran Church. The shipment will be mailed to the vicar of Hensail, Yorkshire, England, for distribution among his parishioners. Another parcel is to be sent next month. KIPPEN Little Girl Hurt On Sunday While returning home from church here on Sunday, little daughter of Mr. Gordon Hodgert, of Exeter, her leg and received bruises shock. In some manner door sprung open and girl fell out. She was removed to London Hospital. Y.P.U. Observe Anniversary The Y.P.U. held their annual spring anniversary on Sunday last with good attendance at both ser­ vices. Lovely spring flowers beau­ tified the alter. The guest speaker; at .both services was Rev. Harold Snell, of Auburn, chairman of the Huron Presbytery and he delivered two very inspiring sermons taking for his text in the morning 1 .Sam­ uel 17 chapter and part of the 33 verse “For Thou Art The Youth”, and in .the evening the Acts 27th chapter and part of the 14th verse and part of the 27th verse. Spec­ ial music was furnished by fhe choir assisted in the morning by Mrs. John Hodgert, of Exeter who sang “The Sacrifice” and “The Nail Scared Hand”. The choir chose for their anthem ‘Song, of Praise”. At the evening service they were assisted by the Hensail quartette consisting of Mary Good-, win Bernice Jinks who sang Wisdom God Is Love’ sang “King of Glory’’ Our Father".
