The regular meeting of
James St. Mission Band was
Tuesday, May 6th, with an attend
ance of 31. The meeting opened by
singing hymn 103 followed by all
repeating the Mission Band purpose
and prayer. The roll call and min
utes of the last meeting were read
by Jimmy Sturgis. The treasurer’s
report was given by Jimmy Crock
er. The scripture reading was read
by Bob Robertson followed with a
prayer by Mrs. Tayloi’ after which
all repeated the Lord’s Prayer in
unison. The program consisted of a
musical number by Donny Taylor,
dialogue “Gifts for Mother,” by
Jimmy Sturgis, Norma Veal, Marie
Hodgson and Donnie Taylor. The
Study Book was given by Mrs.
Koch; musical number 'by Peter
Cowan. Then all sang a birthday
song to Trudy Pickard and meeting-
closed by singing hymn 101 follow
ed by the Benediction.
