IL T- Kendrick, of Exeter, The bride is the daughter of Mr, and Mrs. N. Krul, of Loos- duinen, Holland, the bridegroom’s parents are Mr, and Mrs. H, But­ ler Sr., of Lucan. Given in marriage by the groom’s father the bride- wore a charming gray gabardine dress­ maker suit. Her corsage was of pink roses and fern, Mrs, H. But- ler Jr., the bride's only attendant wore a gray wool dressmaker Bpit with a corsage of pink carna­ tions and form Harold Butler, brother of the groom was best man. The reception was held at the home of the bridegroom’s parents. After the reception the bride and gi-oom left on their honeymoon for jiarts south. Rev, Goodgbr officiated. The bride was smartly attired in an adobe 'beige dressmaker suit, brown hat and accessories and corsage of rpink earnations. She was attended by her cousin, Miss Helen Howatt, of Auburn, wearing a romance blue suit with accessories in black and a corsage of white carnations. Mr, Leo Nairn, Motherwell, was best man. Following a short honeymoon, Mr. and Mrs. John Barr will reside at the bridegroom’s home near •Motherwell. Mr. Wm. Eveland, of Waterloo, spent the week-end with his .par­ ents. Mrs. Leo Gibson is spending a fe,w days in Kitchener and Toronto this week. Zurich Resident Dies Mr. Henry Brown, well-known Zurich resident passed away at St. Joseph’s Hospital, London, on Thursday of last week ’having only been admitted there Wednes­ day evening. He had been in ail­ ing health nearly all winter and was in his 69th year. He farmed on the 14th Con. of Hay Twp. re­ tiring to Zurich one yeai* and a. half ago. He was born on the Goshen Line jn Stanley Twp. and was a member of the Evangelical Church in Zurich. He is survived by his wife, .the former Rose Stelch, also three sisters, Mrs. Herb Becker, of New Dundee; Mrs. Gordon Bergey, of Elmira, Mrs. Edgar Wuerth, of Zurich; three brothers, John and Melvin, of Zurich and Garfield, of New Hamburg. The body rested at the T. Harry Hoffman Funeral Home in Dashwood from where a priv­ ate funeral service was held on Saturday, April 19 th at 2 p.m. Interment followed in the Exeter Cemetery. Rev. C. Heckendorn of­ ficiated. MOUNT CARMEU Miss Betty Ryan is working; in Kitchener and visited Sunday with her parents, Rev, Fr. Fogarty had a very suc­ cessful wood bee on Monday. Mrs. M.
