Mr. Harry Cole has received his discharge after serving for several years as a sick bay attendant with the R.C.N.V.R. He is resuming his position with his fathei* at the drug store. Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Allison, Mrs. G. Wiseman, Mrs. A. W. Morgan and Mrs. W. R. Sillery visited on Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Robt Kydd and Mr, Walter Rydall at Shallow Lake Mr. and Mrs. Sheldon Wein, of Exeter, and Mr. and Mrs. J. Wein, of Dashwood, motored to Minneap­ olis, Minn., the forepart of the week, Mr. Sheldon Wein being on a business trip. Mr, and Mrs. S. R. Peart, of Rockwood, visited at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Jaques on Sun­day. They were * accompanied by Mr. Sam’l Peart who Visited with his, brother John. Donald Traquair, a student at the University of Western Ontario, has been appointed assistant sales man­ ager in the Centralized (Advertising Commission appointed by* the Uni­ versity Students’ Commission.
