Pot-Luck Supper The United Church W.M.S. en­ tertained the Mission Circle mem­ bers to a delicious pot-luck sup­ per in the schoolroom of -the church Friday evening at 6.3 0. Following the supper Mi’s. (Rev.) Brook pre­ sident of the W.M.S. called upon Ml's. Howard Hyde, president of the Mission Circle who presided over the following interesting pro­ gram. The hymn. “Jesus, The Very Thought of Thee,” was followed by the Lord’s Prayer. The Scrip­ ture reading, Psalm 118, verses 19 to 29 was read by Miss Edna Saun- dercock. The funeral was held from the residence of her son, Mr. Newton Wasnidge on Thursday last. Interment was made in St. Mary’s Anglican Cemete'ry in Brinsley.
