The contents of the parcel were in perfect condition excepting the cookies which took a beating, but we didn’t waste a crumb as they are too much of a novelty these days. The homemade candy was lovely and you may thank the ladies res­ ponsible on our behalf. The maple sugar was a bit of old home and . almost made us homesick.
