We are enjoying the best of wea

tainly a vast improvement over
which we had to contend with
ing the winter months. Italy at
time is living up to its expectations
of a hot dry climate and at times
it is almost too hot for comfort. Am
certainly enjoying the change and
am hoping it continues for the re

The southern part of the country
is rathei’ a barren rock waste with
very little growth except that of
olive trees and oranges and numer

the country where I now am is a
vast wheat district and at the pres

a soft type but is good for making
