EVENING AUXILIARY The regular monthly meeting of the Evening Auxiliary of the Main Street United Church was held on Wednesday evening last at the par­ sonage, The meeting was opened by singing hymn 87, after which Mrs. I Layton led in prayer. The minutes of the last meeting were read by the secretary, Miss Dorothy Davis, fol­ lowed by the Roll Call. The business was discussed after which Mrs. Woods led the call to worship. Hymn 86 Was then sung followed by the Lord’s Prayer. The Scripture lesson was read by Mrs. Ray Waghorn and a reading by Miss Marlon Forbes. Hymn 97 was suhg.
