Mrs. C. Harness called on friends in town Thursday of last week. She has recuperated nicely following her recent illness in Victoria Hospital. On Tuesday Miss Eva Pearce went to Toronto to visit her sister Mar­ jorie and others and Friday plans to proceed to Muskoka for the summer. Messrs. Wm. Allison, Irwin Ford, Bill Snell and Andrew Hamilton were at Benmiller recently and suc­ ceeded in bringing home 72 suckers.
