Whether it’s Christmas morning or
any other of the days that students
from Hullett Central Public School
will have off in the next couple
weeks, students from Mrs.
Taylor and Mrs. Stanley’s Grade 1
class have big plans for their
holidays.
“My perfect holiday morning
would be building a snowman with
my family. We would roll three balls
and get a scarf. We would put the
scarf on him and use cookies for the
eyes, a carrot for the nose and raisins
for the mouth. Then I would eat the
cookies.”
Jayden Ansley
“My perfect morning would be
waking up and seeing all my
presents on Christmas Day. Then I
would go to my Grandma’s to go
swimming at her friend’s pool.”
Mikayla Ansley
“I would like to go outside and
play with my brother if I could
choose what to do over Christmas.
We would go on a sled and have
fun.”
Charlotte Beacom
“If I could choose to do whatever I
want, I would go snowmobiling with
my brother, my dad and my mom. I
would wear my snowmobile coat to
keep warm.”
Jake Bromley
“Christmas morning is my perfect
holiday morning. My grandma
comes to my house to celebrate.
That’s perfect for Christmas for me.
I also like spending time with my cat
Ginger too.”
Tanner Brooks
“When I get toys on Christmas,
that’s a good holiday morning. I
hope I can get a makeup kit for
Christmas.”
Kyrah Haak
“Putting the Christmas tree up is
my favourite part of the holidays and
my favourite morning. I do it with
my mom and my dad and my two
brothers.”
Ty Hoggart
“I will visit with my grandmother
and then go snowmobiling when I’m
on vacation and that’s a good
morning. After that, we have a big
supper feast at my grandma’s.”
Brandon Hummel
“Christmas is my favourite
morning in the holidays. I would eat
our breakfast, which would be
gingerbread men and a gingerbread
house, then open our presents and
stockings. I hope I get Ghost Rider
Lego.”
Kaleb Johnston
“First, I would wake up, get my
clothes ready and then I will quickly
get everything on. Then we would
go bowling. After that, we would get
all the ice cream we could eat thengo home and unwrap presents thenhave lunch.”Audrey Kreuger
“My perfect holiday morning
would be opening Christmas
presents on Christmas. I hope I get a
keyboard and a violin. I would open
them and play with them.”
Legend Emmerton
“Saturday would be my perfect
holiday morning. I would get
something from my mom and dadlike an apple to eat. Saturday is alucky day, that’s why they give meapples.”
Tyson Finch
“If I could choose whatever I
wanted, I would skate at the Blyth
arena with my brothers and my dad.
I go skating a lot because every time
my dad plays hockey, we skate after
that.”
