CARDIFF. Thank you friends,
neighbours and relations and family
for the wonderful celebration of our
60th anniversary last weekend. We
had a delightful evening with so
many of our family and friends.
Some, of course, worked all evening
to make our celebration such a
success. Jeff and Cathy Cardiff and
crew provided the delicious meals.
Donna and Merv Bauer tended bar
and made sure all of the important,
little details got taken care of. And
that added extra from Laurie and
Deb Campbell – scenic ride in their
convertible and an anniversary
dinner in Wingham. We’d like to
thank you all especially for your
generous donations to the food bank.
We enjoyed and appreciated our
family, the beautiful cards and gifts,
and all the contributions so much.
They made the evening special and
memorable for us. – Love, Jack and
Audrey. 28-1
ARCHAMBAULT. We wish to

Thank you for the phone calls, cards
and gifts and to Emma who prepared
and served the lunch. It was nice
seeing friends we haven’t seen for a
while. – Len and Betty. 28-1p

MITCHELL. Thanks to family and
friends who sent cards and enquired
about me as I recuperated. When

SMITH. Sunday, June 30 was a very
special and supportive day as family,
friends and neighbours came out to
Rivers Edge Golf Course. Thank you
to Dave and Karen Smith for
launching and hosting the
golf/barbecue benefit day. So many
people to thank for all the hard work
that each of you put into making this
day so memorable. You know who
you all are. We say thank you from
the bottom of our hearts. To all the
organizers, ticket purchasers and
donations that came in were so
greatly appreciated. The last two
years have been like a roller coaster
ride, but we know we will beat it by
staying positive and by having
support from all of you. Once again
thank you from the bottom of our
hearts. – Karen, Jenelle and Alexis.

JEFFERSON. In loving memory of:
Barry - July 11, 1988; Wes - July 31,
1988; and Brian - January 20, 2001.
Twenty-five long, lonely years have
passed,
Since our great sorrow fell,
The shock of losing you both so
close,
Will always with us dwell.
Another son and brother lost,
In the winter of two thousand and
one,
All the memories came back,
Of the days when we were young.
When we are sad and lonely,
And everything seems wrong,
We seem to hear your whispers,
Cheer up and carry on!
Each time we see your photos,
They seem to smile and say,
Don’t cry, we are only sleeping,
We’ll meet again someday.
– Always loved and missed, Eilleen,
Debbie, Gerald and Elle, Doreen and
Murray, Bill and Debbie, Diane and
David and families. 28-1
WESSELINK. Jesse, May 28, 1997
- July 9, 2003.
Ten years ago today,
We had to say goodbye,
Although life goes on,
Nothing is the same.
We miss you today,
But that is nothing new,
All we want is yesterday,
To spend more time with you.
We miss you and love you,
And never will forget you.
– Forever in our hearts, Love Mom,
Dad, Justin, Adam, Josh and Evan.
Give Opa, Oma, Uncle Hank and
Uncle John a hug for us. 28-1
