For repairs to Structure 86-23.0 east of Luc-
know. The work includes a concrete facing
and steel liner, and installation of a new cul-
vert by trenchless methods.
Plans, specifi cations and tender forms for this
contract may be obtained from the offi ce of
the undersigned on May 15, 2013, upon pay-
ment of a non-refundable fee of $30.00, pay-
able to B. M. Ross and Associates Limited,
which includes all taxes. Each tender must
be accompanied by a certifi ed cheque or bid
bond in the amount of $10,000.
Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
Tender award is conditional upon County
budget approval. Bidders shall note that the
