TO SERVE ON ITS AUDIT COMMITTEE
The Huron-Perth Catholic District School Board is seeking one (1) Catholic ratepayer with
financial expertise and business knowledge to serve on its Audit Committee for a three (3) year
term effective June 1, 2013.
The Audit Committee is comprised of two (2) Trustees and two (2) independent members drawn
from the community at large. The primary role of the Audit Committee is to assist the Board of
Trustees in fulfilling its duties related to governance and oversight. The duties of the Audit
Committee fall under the following key areas: the financial reporting process; internal control
framework; risk management practices; performance and function of the Board’s internal and
external auditors; and the Board’s compliance with its obligations under legislation. The
Committee meets at least three (3) times a year, plus ad hoc meetings as required.
Candidate Eligibility:
• Applicants must have sufficient accounting, senior financial management or legal
expertise to understand public sector accounting and auditing standards.
• The applicant must not be a current employee or officer of the Board, or of any other
district school board or school authority.
• The applicant must not have a parent, child or spouse currently employed by the Board.

The Huron community Family Health Team consists of a dynamic team
of physicians and allied health professionals. We are located in Huron
East with offices in Bayfield, Brussels and Seaforth.
The Executive Director(ED) is the administrative member of staff who
moves forward the vision, mission and values of the Huron community
Family Health Team with the Board. The ED provides leadership to and
manages the programs, services, and HcFHT staff at the Huron East
Health Centre and the Brussels Clinic. You will have a minimum of five
years progressive health care administrative experience along with a
degree from a recognized university in health, social sciences or ad-
ministration. You will have demonstrated ability to work in an inter-
disciplinary environment with excellent communication, collaboration,
team leadership and development, problem solving, facilitation and

Job Duties:

· Knowledge of feed an asset
· Give recommendations on seed, fertilizer, and chemical inputs
· Computer skills, as well as a good agronomic background desirable· Some heavy lifting involved
