that he had received his commission
as a captain. They also attended
the Webb-Barker and Barker-Jones

St. W.A. was held on Thursday af

chair, Mrs. T. Dinney took the de
votional period. It was decided to
hold a joint picnic of all the groups
On Friday, June 19 on Mrs. Ernest
Harvey’s lawn, Regular meetings
will be resumed in September. Mrs.
T. .Coates’ group was in charge of

business meeting. Members of the
group displayed millinery, showing
the change ta styles during the past
forty years. Dawson Gotilding
played an instrumental number
which was much enjoyed as Was a
solo by Miss Joan Redfern, which
completed the program.
