pries. If we would adMit

Women who is shoving etvery-
thing out of all proportion.
Most men, poor duii matures,
that they are, would be cori-
tent With a cottage hewn out
of logs. The mangy ego would
be sustained if their only lot
in life Wate to carrY a gun and
a fishing pole with 'Which to
snare the family groceries.
But, behind every striking
male, ;employee is a long lire
nagging, vvishing, wanting
men.
Now that the monster we
_have created, is begiaming. to
squeeze tis into the poor house,
we are frightened. Languid
ladies of leisure are finding
their husbands caught up in a
highly competitive society -in
which the motto seems to be,
"Struggle, strila and slave . . .
or sink".
The ;answer is complete Wth.;
drawal, ladies. A T'etUni to our,
meek, insignificant and waleteli-'
ed intended place will put an
end to this nightmare."
"NO!" you say?
Alas. Prepare far the fight

is a real battle to be waged
by the ladies if we are to keep

About autumn,- chill winds
begin to creep across this land
of ours, and common Sense tells

At the risk of being dubbed
"unifashionable" I will continue
to wear my skirts at the knee.
