The meeting opened with the singing.. of a hymn. -Mrs. Al- lan Graham 'then read a Psalm and Miss Lorene" Langford led in prayer. In observance of Remembrance Day,' Mrs, Frank Mach read a short poem, en- titled "Why Wear a Poppy" and roll call was answered by a Remembrance Day verse, A sum of money was voted to assist the CGIT group with their work and Mrs. James Edward's and Mrs. Leroy Oesch were appointed as represent- atives to the CGIT Final plans for the tea and bazaar at the church on Sat- urday, November 14th from 3-5 p.m. were made. Plans for catering to a Mas- onic 'banquet on December 1st were discussed. The Christmas meeting will be in the form of a pot-luck 'supper at the church on Wednesday, December 9 at 6:30 p.m. Ohnistreas gifts will be ex- changed and each member is asked to bring a Christmas ornament or decoration for the tree. Miss Toni Duizer of Clinton was maid of honour, She wore a gown of green peen de sole, styled in a similar fash- ion to that worn by the bride: She carried a bouquet of yellow and rose 'mums. Miss Gerrie Duizer of Lon- desboro was bridesmaid, She wore a princess-styled gown of antique gold peau de soie. Her bouquet was of bronze and rust 'mums, The junior birdesmaids, Sharee Kennedy, sister of the bride, and Shirley Brooks, sis- ter of the groom, wore prin- cess-styled gowns of spice peau de sole. They, Carried bouquets of salmon •and gold baby 'mains. Lorie Kennedy of Seaforth Was the flower girl. She wore •a gown of antique gold peau de sole. She carried a nosegay of yellow and rust baby 'mums. Groomsman was Robert Fea- sey Of Adelaide Village.
