The above rates for individual and two-party line service will
apply only within the Base Rate Area which is defined as that
area within the Village boundary.
If individual or two-party line service is required beyond
the above limits, there will be an additional standard extra ex- .
change mileage charge of forty-five cents a month for each
1/4 mile or fraction thereof for an individual line and twenty-five
cents a month for each 1/4 mile or fraction thereof for_ each party
on a two-party line.
Service may be fiiinished on a season basis for temporary
residents where the telephone company 'has the necessary facili-
ties available. This season service will be supplied for a minimum
of seven months, and the exchange rate, service connection charge
and any construction and installation charges applicable, are pay-
able in advance. If the seasonal subscriber wishes to retain his
telephone from year to year a suspension of service charge of
$1.00 per month will apply during the months the telephone is
not in use, in which case no re-connection charge is applicable.
Rate for supplementary service such as extension telephones
and bells, connection and moving telephones, etc., remain un-
changed.
Registered subscribers of the system shall be entitled to a
discount of 'twenty-five cents per month on the above noted
rates during any billing period when there are no debentures
outstanding, otherwise the above rates shall apply to all telephone
users.
This application will be heard before the Commission at its
next regular meeting in Toronto. Any representations to be
made to the Commission with respect to this application should,
therefore, be submitted on or before the 24th day of August,
1964, and 'addressed to the Chairman, Ontario Telephone Ser-
vice Commission, 7 Queen's Park Crescent, Toronto, Ontario,
