SYSTEM was recently disposed of, it now proposes to wind
up its affairs and distribute the remaining cash surplus among
subscribers of record on the date of completion of sale, according
to the following plan:
The remaining cash assets of the system shall be
divided into shares of equal vaine, and a subscriber of
ten or more years standing with the system shall
receive ten shares, one who has been with the system
for nine years shall receive nine shares, one who has
been with the system for eight years shall receive
eight shares, and so on.
Application •has, therefore, been made to the Ontario Tele-
phone Service Commission, under Section 47 of the Telephone
Act, R.S.O. 1960, for an Order approving this plan.
Any representations to be made .to the Commission with
respect to this application should be submitted on or before the
thirty-first of October, 1963, and addressed to the Chairman,
Ontario Telephone Service Commission, '7 Queen's Park Cres-
cent, Toronto 5, Ontario.
Should you desire further information with respect to this
plan of distribution, or if you Wish to inspect the final auditor's
Statement or list of subseribers who, according to the syStetn's
records, Will be entitled to share in. the distributable stir plus,
you may apply to the undersigned, either personally, by tele-,
phone or by letter.
