President Mrs. William Lobb
was in charge. Mrs. James
Lobb read the minutes and roll
call "What I want for Christ-
mas" was answered by 14
members, Mrs. Lorne Tyndall
read the treasurer's report,
which showed a balance of
$55.29.
It was decided d:hat $2 would
be donated to TB Christmas
seals and $5 to the Children's
Aid Society. A -few boxes of
Christmas cards, seals, paper,
etc. were -sold by auction. Mrs.
Donald Forbes and Mrs, Mur-
ray Forbes were appointed as
a nominating .committee.
It was decided to have an
exchange of Christmas gifts
(value 75c) at the December
meeting. A quilt was t=ed dur-
ing the afternoon. Lunch was
served, with Mrs. Irvine Teb-
butt and Mrs. Fred Lobb as-
sisting the hostess.
The next meeting will be at
the home of Mrs. John Merrill
on December 6. (Note change
of date.) The ,afternoon will
be spent in games, etc., and a
Pat luck lunch will be served.
