G. Berry reported in bringing before Huron county council the general question of the value of county government, Mr. Berry attended the Ont- ario Municipal Association con- vention at Niagara Falls, where it !appeared from the debates', heosaid, that certain changes might be necessary, "partiCul- arty stressing the poblems of urban centres." "However," Mr. Berry said, "it was the general opinion that local government on 'the county level would still operate wheth- er called county, , regional or area."
