Clinton Public Hospital on Sun-
day afternoon, August 26. Cap-
tain Bailey of the Salvation
Army, Gadleeich, officiated.

terment was in Clinton Ceme-

Born on May 19, 1909, in
Lenldbnn, England, she was the
daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
George Roberts'. She .married
Leslie Nice on December 25,
1935.
Sire had lived in Goderieh end
at Pont Albert before coming
to Clinton about five years ago.
The family lived first at Isaac
Street, later moving to heir
present home.
Mrs. Nice 'abteneled- the Sal-

here in Clinton: She was . a
member of 'the Ladies Auxiliary

Royal Canadian Legion.
Mrs. Nice suffered a stroke
on Sunday morning as she pre-
pared (to leave for church. Tak-
en to hospital, Lhe passed away
