These are the senior 4-H Club members of Huron
County as they visited with 4-H Club people in.
Gratiot County, Michigan from. August 1-3. The.
area is about 140 miles north-west of Port Huron..
This was an exchange visit for the Huron young
people, returning a trip made by the 4-H members
of Gratiot several years ago, into this county. At
the far left is. Donald Grieve, associate agricul-
turual representative for Huron and at far right is
Isabel Gilchrist, home economist for Huron.

Young Teacher Marries
Mr. and Mrs, Kenneth Stapleton, Galt, were
married in St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church,
Goderich, by the Rev. Father Stapleton, .a cousin
of the groom. The bride is Joan Anne Masse,
formerly junior teacher at St. Joseph's Separate
School, Clinton, and the daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Anthony Masse, Goderich. The groom's parent are
Mr. and Mrs. Fergus Stapleton, Dublin.

A lovely wedding was sol-
emnized on Saturday, July 21,
in St. Peter's Roman Catholic
Church, Godestieh, by the Rev.
Farther Stapleton, a cousin of
the graosm, when, Joan Anne
Masse''beoame the bride of Ken-
neth Stapleton, 'Dublin. Stan-
dards of red gladioli were at the
alltar,
The !bride, a datighiter of Mr.
and Mrs. Anthony Masse, God-
erich,
oderich, was junior ,room teacher
in Sit. Jo'seph'S Separate School
here during the year 1961-62.
The graorin is the son of Mr.
and Mxs. Fer•gu•s Stapleton,
Dubl�un.
Given in marriage by 'her
farther, 'the bride was Iovely tin
floor 'length gown af silk or-
ganza over taffeta, featuring a
fitted 'bodice, lily point sleeves
and neckline :trimmed with ir-
pearl's. The bouffant Skirt 'fea-
tured side panels of unpr'essed
ridesc'ent 'sequins and seed
pleats ;accented with lace. flor-
elts and sre'quim and the back
was caught in a ,bustle effect,
accented with ,three silk or-
ganza roses, falling into a Slight
train, A crawrr of seeed pearls:
and crystal drops held the el-
bow
llb'ow length five -tiered veil of
silk illusion. She carried a cas-
cade of red roses, stephanotis
and ivy.
Mrs. Aage Sltegnenstad, God-
erich was matron of honour and
bridesmaid's' were Miss Joanne
Stapleton;, Dublin and Mrs. Noel
Dumont, Goderich. The 'attend-
ants were similarly gowned in
catilan blue silk organza dres-
ses, and carried bouquets of
white 'murals. The illowergirl,.
Miss Diane Stapleton was dh-
sed similarly.

groomsman and ushers w er e
Donald Masse, Goderieh nand
Neil Stapleton. Ring bearer
was Master Michael Masse.
Edward Walza'k was organist
accompandng the soloists, Mrs.
Leo. Walzak and Miss Carol Ann
S'chnlulck.
The bride's mother received
guests in a carnation pin k.
dress with white accessories,
and a white orchid corsage. The
groom's another wore' beige' with
matching accessories ' 'and a
mauve orchid corsage.

Upon ;their return they will
reside in Ga'lct, where the 'bridle
is employed as a teacher.
