Here is a man who planned well in advance for
his retirement. His Sun Life of Canada policies were
purchased with two important objectives in view —
to provide immediate protection for his family in
the event of his death and to augment his retirement
income if he should survive.
isTow that he, has retired in good health, he and
his wife are able to travel and he can indulge in his
favorite sports golf and fishing.
With just a little forethought, your retirement
could be as pleasant and carefree.

whatever your plans for
Dominion Day fun :remember
to keep a camera bandy.
Perhaps you 'intend ito hold
picnic in your own . backyard or
.head for a main highway and
combine the fun of a picnic with
the pleasure of a. 'scenic drive.
Either way you have an ideal
chance . to snap candida of
family and 'friends enjoying
themselves. GrandMa 'dishing
out hot dogs onto paper plates,
junior gleefully dipping his
knife into the Mustard, the
children romping on the grass--
with film, you can capture all
the happy moments.
Many of Your picnic shots will
naturally centre around food.
Others can picture the ,children
exploring, playing ball games,
and falling into some of life's
minor troubles — for example,
returning soaked from a slip
into a Stream. And at the end
of the day, the children will be
tired; this, too, is an opportun-
ity for interesting shots.
For good photos, snap people

and try to coach "natural" ex-
pressions, much of the fun will,
be loSt.
After all, asking your SubjeCt
to move would destroy the can-
didness of your picture. That's,
why you should do the moving.
Before you shoot, look through
the viewfinder. Then move the
