Rik Anstett Presents His Trophy
Perfect timing at the close of the Band Tattoo
in the Clinton Community Park last Saturday ,
night, brought the presentation of trophies just at
the beginning of a high wind with pelting rain.
John Amtett, right, hands the Anstett Jewellers
Tattoo Trophy to Sergeant Clive Aldwinckle of the
RCAF Station Clinton Band, which placed first in
the competition. (News-Record Photo)
Pictures Young Conqueror
Miss Wilma Wark, left, of the Young Con-
querors fife and drum band was a willing subject
for the camera of Judy Collins on Saturday. The
Young Conquerors is a young group, which was
begun in London only in the spring of 1961. They
have a complicated routine, carried out with tit-
most' precision, and the young people taking part
appear to take great pleasure in their job.
