A bountiful picnic supper was served at 6.30 with Mies May Jones and her group in charge. Sports followed in which everyone heartily entered. Owing to the coolness of the evening the members repaired to the Sunday School room where business was discussed. It was decided to send two delegates to the School for Leaders, at Alma Col­ lege, St. Thomas, in August. •' Miss Reta Rowe, in a fascinating inform­ al talk took the girls with her on her recent trip to England and Scot­ land. Mrs. Rebecca Whiteford, a form­ er citizen of Exeter, and who has been visiting at the home of her daughter Mrs. Alex McFalls since early in June, was on June 30 th taken to London to reside with her eldest daughter Mrs. Jas. McFalls and Leila - her niece. The latter has been waiting on lihr here for the last two weeks during her recent illness.
