Defrauder Missing
When the case of Robert .Snazel
advertising promoter charged, with
defrauding an Exeter dairy man out
of $200, was called at the general
sessions on Tuesday list, the accused
did not put in an appearance and
adjournment was asked for and
granted by Judge Costello. Snazel
was sent up for trial by Magistrate
J. A. Makins early last summer. He
is out on $'50'0 bail.
Crown Attorney Holmes announc
ed that there was no necessity for
estreating bail or issuing a bench
warrant, for the reason that a sec
ond warrant for Snazel’s arrest on
another charge of fraud emanating
from Brussels had not yet been exe
cuted, police 'having failed to locate
the young man so far.
This was the only criminal case
on the docket, the court session last
ing exactly 13 minutes.
