Donald Jeffrey, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Jeffery, of Usborne, was taken to Toronto hospital on Tuesday or treatment. Mrs. Gordon Erskine, of London, returned home Tuesday after spend­ ing a few days at the -home of her uncle Rev. J. W. Down. James Street Young people held a successful crokinole party in the church parlors on Tuesday evening, The ladies’ prize was won by Bar­ bara Dinney and the gents’ prize by Lloyd Jones.
