Home-Grown LemOn The Times -Advocate last Mr. Mr. Mr. week had on exhibition in their window a home-grown lemon the size of which is seldom seen In this com­ munity. It weighed fifteen ounces. The lembn grew on a tree grown by Capt, Bedford of town. The blos­ som from which the lemon grew came out in February last. Several smaller lemons are now growing on the tree. Mr, Bedford also has an orange tree on which are growing several small oranges. Margaret Stiiang Auxiliary The Margaret Strang Auxiliary held a work meeting on Thursday, October 21. As this year’s work is practically completed it was decided to display it at the Thank Offering­ meeting to be held Thursday, Oc­ tober 28th.
