The meeting commenced with quiet music followed by call to wor- Jahip and prayer by the leader. Mrs. Chas. Johns gave a splendid talk on giving thanks basing hen remarks on t/he story of the ten lepers. Roll call was answered by a verse on thanksgiving. Thirteen members were present. The minutes of the last meeting were read and adopt­ ed. The devotional leaflet “Jesus the Physician” was read by Mrs. S. Hunter. Other readings were given and Doxology sung. Plans were also made for the South Sectional Convention of the Presbyterial which is to be held at Centralia on October 22nd.
