James Street Sunday School and Main Street Sunday School will hold their Christmas entertainments Friday, December 20. Mr, W. G. Walker, who spent the summer at North Battleford ,Sask., returned to Exeter last week. White Gift Sunday will be observ­ ed in the James St. Sunday School on Sunday afternoon next. On> Thursday the local snow plow was used for the first time this season to clear the streets and a snowplough passed through town to clear the highway which was drifted in a number of places.
